Q: How will the basic case and 2-in-1 case protect my phone?

A: Our phone cases will help protect your phone against breaking, and having scratches and cracks on the body of the phone. They are not screen protectors, but they will significantly help prevent cracks in the screen when dropped onto a flat surface. To further help prevent scratches on your phone screen we recommend getting a screen protector. Our 2-in-1 case also help prevent dust and particles from getting into the plug-in ports. Like many phone cases, we cannot guarantee our cases will protect your phone.

Q: When can I expect my order?

A: Your order will ship from Minnesota, USA. After your order is placed you can expect to receive it within 2 to 10 business days (Monday - Friday) within the contiguous United States. This depends on shipment method, followed by size of order. We also ship worldwide. Depending on where the order is to be delivered, you can expect to receive it within 21 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is received, and a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Q: If I don't like my case can I return it?

A: Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of product delivery. You can return your items for any reason as long as they are not damaged, and in the same condition in which they were sent. For more information on returns, please visit our returns page.

Q: How can I purchase a custom case?

A: To order a custom case, you must first purchase the blank phone case item. After you have made your purchase and receive and email confirmation, email your photo to us at info@caseaccordingly.com. We encourage you to send a large, clear photo for the best results. Once we receive and approve your photo, we will send you a photo mock-up of your product for approval. Once approved, we will create your item and ship it to you. With all custom products, we unfortunately do not accept returns.

Q: How large of an order can I make, and when can I expect to receive it?

A: We accept orders of up to 1000 cases per order. Generally large orders can be custom cases for businesses, graduations, wedding parties, etc. With case orders of 10 or less, you can expect to receive it within 2 to 10 business days. With case orders of 10 - 100, you can expect to receive it within 10 to 15 business days. With case orders of 100 - 500, you can expect to receive it within 20 to 30 business days. With case orders of 500 - 1000, you can expect to receive it within 40 business days. This all depends on case inventory, and other business.

For all large orders we encourage you to place the order 2 months before you expect to receive it. We also encourage you to add in the order notes when you need the products. If we cannot complete the order by then, we will inform you and give you the option to cancel the order.

With all large order of 100 or more we do not accept returns. If the order is cancelled before the items are shipped, your shipping costs will be refunded and 75 percent of order cost. This is because of labor and restocking. All cases are made-to-order. If it is a custom case order, no refunds will be given because we cannot resell the items.
